CarStar is very exceptional in Customer Service, Repairs, and communication. They make me feel very important and make sure no question or concern get unanswered. Once my car was ready, a very detailed description of EVERY repair was provided in the final bill. Very satisfied with the service.

I had an amazing experience with Carstar Imperial. They were very responsive, got the job done quickly, and did amazing work on my car. They made the entire process easy and stress-free. I would recommend anyone needing work done to choose this place. Not only did they completely fix the damage to my car after it was hit, they cleaned both inside and outside of my car which was a pleasant surprise. My car looked better than ever leaving the shop! 100% recommend this place.

So glad we found this shop! My 20yr old was in a hit and run at a red light on her lunch break while at work and she found this place and chose it since it had the best reviews from the nearby 3 locations to her job with our insurance. So the damage was driver side both doors swiped (minor) but the mirror was gone and fender was torn forward and some minor damage to the body attached to the fender also- that was the hit and run claim... so since the car was in the shop for this I decided to make a 2nd claim on the passenger side doors she really damaged by swiping them both across a concrete parking beam in a lot and big dent on the rear back a couple months prior. So pretty much the whole car all around needed a redo at this point. Note- car is a 2019 Rogue. Well I must say they did a fantastic job AND very fast, professional, friendly and DID NOT drag intentionally to take advantage or milk the insurance for more money on time or storage fees by taking longer on all this work. This car was done in just over a week and that includes the weekend! Another shop took just over a month on my driver fender and side bumper damage to my car when someone hit me -nothing near the amount of

They have great customer service, took care of everything in my car that wasn’t even part of the accident. Made sure it was a quick process and they got my car looking brand new again

Big thank you to the team at Carstar Imperial Auto Works for repairing my Acura MDX after I had a front end collusion with a deer. Thankfully it was mostly cosmetic and state farm and Carstar handled the process in a timely manner. Thanks to the skill and attention to detail by the technicians my suv looks brand new! Highly recommend this place.
